We partner with leading providers of post machining processes and GEM’s supply base is audited and qualified per our Quality System. Many of our suppliers have been in our base for decades. From Heat Treating, Grinding, Plating to Gun Drilling and Welding you can count on our controls and quality systems to supply your part complete.
You will see completed 5s projects and Kaizan events throughout our facility. We have black and green belts at GEM.
From CAM software to barfeeders, CMMs and the latest gantry robots and horizontal mills, GEM reinvests heavily into the latest machining technologies.
